Returns

• You can initiate a return within 7 days of delivery.

• Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund approval.

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-returnable items

• Custom-made or personalized products

• Items on clearance or marked “final sale”

Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please share photos within 48 hours of delivery for quick resolution.
